I agree. But I really liked the picture of the building. I bet there are probably a lot of difficulties in the getting and maintaining water supply and also in the energy needed to power the structure. It looks like the building is made of solar panels, though. Startup costs have to be pretty big as of right now.
I spent 6 months studying Economics in Vienna, Austria. I also took the occasional trip around Europe. I'll be attending Purdue University in the fall, pursuing a doctorate in Economics.
